DRINK MORE WATER

 Ladies, you have a self cleaning system down there but it's makes it harder for it to do it's job the way nature intended if you do keep it hydrated. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water (preferably alkaline water) will dramatically enhance cleaning process. 

             
DRINK YOGURT

The bacteria down there is a certain type that's only in a couple of foods that you can actually find in the grocery store. But guess what? It just so happens that yogurt contains a good bacteria called Acidophilus. Yogurt also supports your flora in the chance that you may have a low lying yeast infection. Also try to minimize your sugar intake so get a sugar free yogurt if possible. 

 Eat more fruits & vegetables; avoid coffee & smoking

Eat more fruits especially pineapples, bananas, & kiwi. Also eat lots of veggies but certain ones can affect your smell/taste in a bad way such as strong sulfur-y type flavors like broccoli & asparagus. Eat less onions, garlic, & particularly pungent spices. Also completely avoid or limit yourself of coffee, cigarettes, alcohol, excessive amounts of animal products, & sodas. 

 Don't wear tight clothing all the time.

Minimize wearing tight clothing such as legging, yoga pants, and really tight jeans. This will allow yourself to breathe! Also make sure to always dry off really good after taking a shower & using the restroom.
